The Chapter That Felt Like a Mistake

In 2007, I started working for a prestigious global consulting firm.

In 2008, I hit a quarter-life crisis. Joined the most controversial company in Australia where I was paid to film roadtrip videos for YouTube.

In 2009, I moved to Broome to be with someone I’d only met twice in person.

In 2010, I returned to Brisbane. Heartbroken. Living with my parents.
That same year, I made my first $18 in my sleep, selling a netball coaching PDF - and realised the tremendous opportunities online.

In 2011, I went back to Broome (you what?! Well, look at the place, it's where I took this picture. You'd return, as well!). Got a job with the WA Government.

In 2016, I married the Broome guy. We returned to Brisbane and I started working for a global mining contractor.

In 2018, I stuffed up while hosting a workshop in Canada, and trying to improve my skills, I started a podcast with no audience (and no idea).

In 2019, I quit my job to start my consulting practice.
My biggest fear? That no one overseas would book me.
That same year: I ran workshops in the USA, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, and France.

In 2022, I was inducted into Alan Weiss' Million Dollar Consulting Hall of Fame.

In 2023, I published my first book: The 2-Hour Workshop Blueprint.

If you’re in a weird chapter, keep going.

It might make sense later.

What’s one decision you made that made no sense at the time… but changed everything?
