Work

• About to launch my second book, Work Fame: Get the Projects, Promotions and Perks You Deserve. On a challenge to sell 1001 books before 30 September 2026.

• Helping smart people get seen and booked.
  Most of my time is spent helping leaders build reputations that attract opportunities. I’m deep into the Work Fame philosophy, being findable, referable, and uncopyable through smart positioning and bold visibility.

• Speaking and advisory work.
  I’m running leadership, influence, and engagement sessions for terrific clients. Very cool to work in Bangkok this year, and excited to host a session in Japan soon!

Projects

• Con Con 2027.
  My boutique consulting conference for 50 handpicked legends on the Gold Coast. This event sold out in 5 days and was amazing in 2026, hence why I’m bringing it back, this time expanding to 75 people. 50 spots already taken. Find out more on Con Con 2027.

• Substack: Work Fame.
  Weekly essays on reputation, visibility, and work energy. It’s where I test ideas in public and share “behind the curtain” lessons from client work.

Life

• Trying to heal my Achilles still.

• Recalibrating energy.
  I’m learning to protect momentum, not overextend it. Saying “no” faster. Choosing projects that feel expansive, not draining.
