⚡️ January = The perfect time to run a high voltage 2-Hour Workshop with Powerlink Queensland yesterday.

While this is a 2-Hour kickstarter based on my book, what I enjoy most about these sessions is also what I learn from the conversations...I took away even more simple, pragmatic ideas, especially when leaders sometimes spend over 80% of their week in meetings.

Here are some of the conversation sparkers from the session:
⚡️Begin with the experience in mind
⚡️Before you send that meeting request, consider your intention and ask yourself, "Does this really have to be a meeting?"
⚡️ Be ruthless with who you invite (and of course, don’t invite)
⚡️ Lead the energy (don’t read the room)
⚡️ Seating dynamics/environment can dramatically shift group dynamics
⚡️ Contrast! Mix it up!
☕ And of course, great coffee makes a difference
