All the sessions were locked in.

Back when Philip Woods and I used to work together, he sent me an email, asking me for time on a 2-day agenda.

All the sessions were locked in. But I issued him a challenge, replying, "Phil, you can ONLY have a time slot if you promise to make it the most engaging session ever..."

Phil delivered on that, and then some more.

So, it's no surprise now that he's pivoted from lawyer, to Supply Chain/Transformation leader, into now starting his own boutique consultancy, Catalyst Strategy.

We reflect on this shift, that engaging session he delivered, and how he leverages his strengths everyday in this episode.
